Still testing star maps, I decided to look for objects in the Coma Berenices constellation marked with M, C and H.
M53
It is not easy to sketch globular clusters, this is my second try on M53...
M64 - "The Black Eye Galaxy"
This time i DID saw the famous black spot after a few minutes of indirect seeing! The center is very bright and leaves a stellar impression.
NGC4494 / Herschel 251
Yet another bright galaxy leaving a stellar impression.
NGC4559 / Caldwell 36
Much fainter as the other galaxies tonight, it's also missing a bright center. Two stars shining in the object.
NGC4565 / Caldwell 38
Okay, I already sketched this one a few years ago, but it's a beauty - I just can't resist to observe it over and over again. Note the faint star (12m8) underneath the galaxy.
NGC4725 / Herschel 277
Bright, almost stellar center with fainter outer regions.
